Shipping Policy

At Eazy Cart: Shop with Ease, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (depending on location).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (available for an additional fee).
  • International Shipping: Available for select countries, with delivery times varying depending on location.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. However, during busy times (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing may take a bit longer.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the [list of countries or regions you ship to].
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s status. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the situation.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order is missing an item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request photos of the damage to process a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

8. Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
